Melissa Mosca is the Chef de cuisine of The View at Brick Landing Plantation, a true find for those looking for delicious food and a warm personality. She is responsible for Brick Landing Plantation’s culinary offerings, comprising of restaurants, banquet services, weddings, catering and special events.
Melissa comes to our Ocean community from Clarksburg, WV. Her love of cooking began very young in her family’s kitchen beside her Italian mother and grandmother. Some of Melissa’s first experiences in food preparation and presentation was family dinners made from recipes, in many instances, brought from Italy by her grandparents and taught to her by her mother.
Chef Melissa has nearly two decade culinary journey that led her to Brick Landing Plantation. Drawing from experiences in fine dinning restaurants, country clubs, and family owned restaurants Melissa brings to Brick Landing Plantation the skill and passion that makes dining a memorable experience.
