Server

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Are you a people person with a passion for service and culinary experience? Join our artisan culinary team as server on our private events and/or Dinning Room team.

Position

Event Servers and/or Dinning Room Servers

Position Overview

Event and Dinning Room staff positions are part-time with flexible hours and paid an hourly wage of $3.35 plus tips. A professional, courteous disposition is required to interact with guests, staff and vendors and applicants must have an aptitude for genuine customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up the bar & maintaining cleanliness during the event
  • Must be TIPS certified
  • Report to head bartender with any replenishing needs
  • The bartender is responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21 and you are also responsible to inform the manager or head bartender of any guest who is over served
  • Organize and clean alcohol cages after every event
  • At conclusion of event, properly breakdown the bar including return remaining beverages to the beverage room, bring glassware to breakdown, dispose of trash and recycling.

 

Banquet Bartender
